"We spent 5 lovely days at Surfview. The location, balcony and view were the absolute highlights. Easy walk to the dog beach, river mouth and Pambula Beach. The kitchen is well equipped, beds were comfy and bathrooms clean. We did have the kangaroo family present for the duration of our stay so some negotiations were required with the dog to sniff elsewhere at times. "An overnight stay out of school holidays so very quiet. A large well equipped unit. Friendly and helpful staff. Veranda with bush views and nice walks around the property. Close to town and the beach but the sign is hard to see in the dark. If are a light sleeper and leave the heating on, you may be woken by what sounds like a truck at 5:30 am. It is just the cooling unit right outside the bedroom window so remember to turn it off!"

My only disappointment was the lack of a smart TV. Seems trivial, I know, but after a long day it’s nice to hotspot from your phone and sign into your own Netflix account. The tv was just a standard one and there was a dvd player but no dvds. "
