"This cottage was immaculately clean, open, fresh and airy. The property was also neat and tidy. The view was amazing and we spent alot of our time just relaxing by the water and enjoying the breeze. The sunsets were beautiful too! We are Jeepers so we really had fun enjoying the local area with the tops off and riding throught hte coastal areas and forests. There are some delicious restaurants near by. We will definitely visit again when we need a quiet relaxing break from the daily grind. This place is so cute, comfy and relaxing and the hosts were wonderful."

"Clean, cute, and close to the beach! Good restaurants if you don’t want to cook. Enough space for all of us and a tv in every room which we hardly turned on until nighttime. Would reccomend"

"Very cute modern boutique decor, has nice towels not the typical hotel towels, loved big pillows, loved the convenience of a door code vs actually checking in and out. The only downside was the height of the bed and toilet. The high bed is not good for disabled persons and the commode is too low for bad knees. lol other than that we highly recommend "

"We’ve stayed in Alligator Point this time of year many times over the last 20 yrs. Our needs and groups have changed too so this location fit our needs perfectly. Each group had their own bedroom and bathroom. The kitchen was beautiful and well stocked. Will definitely be back."

"The place was cozy and comfortable. It is must bigger than the pictures show. Outdoor shower area is awesome to clean up after fishing or day at the beach."

"We loved staying here! Place is very clean, beds are comfortable and host was very accommodating. My son was able to walk outside and fish. We walked to Angelo’s for dinner and the beach is very close. We will be staying here again :)"

"50 steps to the beach (we measured), beautiful Gulf of Mexico, and all the house accommodations we could ask for at this price. What else you should know... The closest small food store is 5 miles away. The beach sand is gorgeous. The water is a bit stained due to the nearby Ochlockonee River (might vary with the tide.)"

"Great place for our family to connect. Everything we needed, nice location on the beach. Close enough to seafood restaurants, golf in Wakulla, and other local activities. Highly recommend!"
