About 30A: 30A is a scenic stretch of highway down Florida’s beautiful Gulf Coast between Destin and Panama City Beach. The highway connects the coastal villages of South Walton through the undisturbed beauty of rare dune lakes, sugar white sand, and emerald blue waters indigenous to the area. Each village has its own unique characteristics and provide something for just about everyone.

Getting Around:
Beach access, restaurants, shopping, & coffee shops as well as Rosemary Beach is within 5 minutes from the house.

The Inlet Beach Pedestrian Underpass is set to open early summer 2023. It will offer direct access to the beach. It will have a ramp and stairs.

Our owners are amazing people who have opened their homes for the first time for your enjoyment. Twin Palms is a brand new home & brand new to the short term rental market. It is in pristine condition. Enjoy your visit, relax, have fun and make unforgettable memories but please take care of their home during your stay. A Few of Our Policies that are Strictly Enforced :

Minimum Age: Minimum age to Reserve is 25. One adult 25 or older is required per stay for every 3 minors. No parties or underage drinking is allowed.

No unsupervised minors under 18 are allowed on the rooftop or in the hot tub without an adult.

A waiver must be signed prior to using the hot tub.

No sitting or standing on the hot tub cover.

Pets: No pets of any kind are permitted. No exceptions will be made. Guests who violate this policy will be charged an additional $500, plus the expense of steam-cleaning and deodorizing. Violations will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of rent.

In the event any bicycles, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, beach toys, coolers, pack n plays and baby gear are present at the property, they are complimentary. LUXE 30A does not guarantee these items are included or in perfect working order for your stay and they are not a part of the rental agreement for the property.
