"The property was nice. It has beautiful views of the beach. The unit needed some updating including the living room furniture but other than that it was a pleasant stay. There was a restaurant on site Ocean Bar & Grill—food was phenomenal. Multiple swimming pools which was perfect if one was more crowded than the other. The property was around many amenities. Many eating spots and several shopping places. Overall, a good place to stay."

"First of all, this is Carillon Beach and this is one of the most beautiful beaches I have ever been to including Hawaii. Normally, we stay in a house within the community. This time we decided to stay in the Carillon Beach Inn. The property is worn and in need of a good cleaning and painting. Each unit is privately owned and managed by a local company. "It was nice need a lil updating but was still satisfied they did offer beach fires but fall to mention it’s only on Fri & sat which I didn’t know till after the fact but overall would stay again also be ready for a $50 a day deposit which you will get back after but be sure to plan that $$ into the trip "

"The property is under renovation. Thus, its appearance is not up the usual standards. However, it is well run, clean and the staff was excellent. I’m sure once the renovations are done it will be fine. "

"A nice resort in a quiet area. Cleanliness was acceptable. Good accessibility to local attractions and water sports. Since this is a condo, don't expect the same level of onsite service as a hotel as front desk hours are quite limited. Sofa bed was not usable and when we requested a replacement, front desk recommended we purchase an air mattress from Walmart (we requested and expected three usable beds when we made the reservation and were only provided with two)."

"The property overall was decent, but ants were present in both rooms, 1st and 3rd floor. Also, the sheets were stained on the 1st floor room and it looked like mold! Just throw them away, not worth the hit to your cleanliness!"
