There is a cozy downstairs apartment boasting a completely separate entrance, private yard, and exclusive parking. Step inside to find a well-equipped kitchenette, thoughtfully stocked with an array of amenities for your convenience. The separate bedroom offers a tranquil escape with sparkling curtain lights and a plush memory foam queen bed. Outside, enjoy the private yard with covered seating and a relaxing hot tub under Edison lights.
Amenities include beach towels, soap, paper products, cleaning supplies, beach gear, baby equipment, and smart TVs. Robes are provided for guest use during their stay but may not be taken, and complimentary slippers are available to keep.

All guests must be at least 21 years old. Primary guest must upload ID, selfie and credit card to guest portal after booking. This is the same practice that hotels operate under, ensuring the safe keeping of the homes contents. If remaining guests are 21, host requires all guests send ID’s through reservation after booking. After guest portal is completed, door code and check in instructions are issued. **Families exempt**
Guest agrees to no outside guests on property at any time & absolutely no parties.
This rental is both upstairs & downstairs of the whole home. Each have completely separate entrances.
We are available for guest needs and just live down the road. For urgent maintenance, we will come and take care of right away. For minor items, please notify us, but we will wait until your check out so we don’t interrupt your stay.

Last minute bookings (less than 3 days in advance) may be subject to a last minute delivery fee. **POOL:
Guests may NOT, at any time, tamper with the pool equipment. This is considered breaking house rules and can and will damage equipment. If a guest is found doing so at any time during their stay, this is grounds for immediate termination of the stay with no refund.
Pool is not heated.
Please note: excessive rain causes pool chemicals to be knocked off balance. Pool & hot tubs MUST be serviced 2x per week. Please do not be alarmed if pool & hot tub maintenance come by during your stay. By booking this home, you are acknowledging these statements.**
**HOT TUB:
Hot tub in game area is only available from September 1 - April 30. Hot tub is NOT available from May 1 - August 31.
Guests found tampering with the hot tub outside of its availability are subject to immediate termination of their stay AND/OR a hot tub drain and full service fee.
Inflatable hot tub in the apartment living space is available year-round.
Please note: while it is highly unlikely that there are issues with the hot tub, it is a possibility and there is no guarantee. Additionally, excessive rain/exposure to outside elements causes chemicals to be knocked off balance. Hot tubs MUST be serviced 2x per week. Please do not be alarmed if hot tub maintenance come by during your stay. By booking this home, you are acknowledging these statements.**
