Inexpensive hotel , clean. Good restaurant. They did charge me $15 to wash one of their old sheets which was slightly soiled.

In the city. Everything is near. Everything in walking distance. $5 on yellow taxi to hotel, $3 in uber. Price is great. Hot water need to be better though. Would be nicer if the was a small fridge and microwave in room

We stayed for a month and found everything to be great except for the loud music that would sometimes occur from 10PM to 2PM at a business next door. The staff was very friendly, helpful and attentive at all times.

Our stay was pleasant. The hotel is very basic but clean. The water does not get hot, but somewhat warm is fine in a tropical country. The area outside the hotel gets a bit noisy at times. The restaurant next door was convenient and we ate breakfast there routinely.

This is a nice cheap hotel. Everything works and it is clean. It is very close to a metro station. If you are looking for a budget hotel, this one is very nice for what you pay. As for hotels.com (expedia), big fail. I accidently booked the wrong dates. I tried to change the dates, and they said the hotel wouldn't do it. I called the hotel, and they said they would, but since it was done by expedia, I had to go through expedia. I called expeia back, and they had someone look into it. 3 days later, they said they could not get a refund, when all I wanted to do was change dates. So I show up when I needed to be there, and the hotel changed the dates for me.

This is a cheap place and generally you get what you pay for. Not here. This place feels like a place one would rent by the hour. They handed the remotes for the TV and AC at the reception. Lights were off in the corridors we had to use our phones to see the room numbers. And the rooms. We rented 2 rooms. They were nothing like the photos. dark, small and claustrophobic. Sanitation was worse. One room was made but sheets had body hair and stains on it, mold in the shower, dust blower as an air conditioner and so on. We did not check the other room as it was not the kind that we wanted, had single beds instead of a double bed. We wanted to change the rooms. Things broke down after that. The receptionist did not understand any English nor showed any interest in trying, She asked for more money but we could not understand why. Then she said we have to call Hotels.com and broke off. We did and they called the reception but failed to communicate as well. At the end we had to abandon although we had booked for 4 nights. Just did not feel safe getting into bed anymore. We traveled a lot in the America's, For us hotel is a place to crash to get ready for the next day. Our only real expectation is to not share bodily fluids and hairs and not to have issues. This did not meet it. So our advice would be to skip the place, or at least do not book for multiple nights initially. You wont get your money back.

This is a cheap place and there is an understanding that you get what you pay for. But not in this case here. This place feels very much like a place one would rent by the hour. And be warned don't ever remove the sheets and look at the mattress. We did not check the other room as it was not the kind that we wanted. A room with single beds rather than the room with a queen size bed we wanted. Things broke down after that. The receptionist did not understand any English nor showed any interest in trying, She asked for more money but we could not understand why. At one point she said we have to call Hotels.com and cut us off. We did and they called the reception but failed to communicate and resolve the issue as well. As there was nothing else to do we moved to different hotel although we had booked for 4 nights. Forget the comfort, we did not feel safe getting into bed. So our suggestion is to avoid this place there much better around, or at least book for single night first. You can always extend but won't get money back.

This is a 1 star hotel, definitely not a 3 star. As you enter, the lobby and elevator can pass for a 2/3 star hotel. Once you get to the hallways to the rooms, it is barely a 2 star. I took pictures of the ceiling in the living area that show pealing paint on 1/2 of the ceiling and an air conditioner from Y2K.

La experiencia fue excelente, el personal del hotel siempre amable a los requerimientos, cerca del metro, limpieza excelente, un poco de ruido en la noche pero no insoportable. Recomendaría el hotel a cualquiera y regresaré a él en mi próxima visita a Panamá
