"The hotel service was excellent, except for one thing. We asked for a wake-up call at 4:30 am , did not get one. Good thing we set alarm or would have missed flight. however the restaurant and bar service was wanting….I ordered a club sandwich, from the restaurant. The meat in it was very dried out, l could not eat it but small parts of sandwich. it was leathery, the lettuce was wilted, took over 1/2 hour to be served. At the bar I ordered a chicken empanada. Probably the worst I ever had in panama, there was only a 1/2 inch price of chicken in it, with very thick dough. Could not eat more than one bite., the food alone would make me consider another hotel on our next visit."

"We paid a little extra to have a view of the Bay, and it was worth it! The view from our room on the 6th floor was beautiful. We were also pleasantly surprised to learn that access to the breakfast buffet was included in the price of our room. The breakfast buffet went above and beyond in providing a large variety of food (standard North American and local Panamanian options) with different items on the menu each day. We also had the option of indoor or outdoor seating. Staff were courteous and helpful and the room and common areas were clean. No complaints here. "

"Great hotel in a great location for an overnight. $18 uber ride from the airport. Several really good restaurants behind the hotel. 2 minute walk. We tried Assisi, a little Italian place - great food, great prices. Couldn’t be happier with our choice of hotels. Stayed at the Hampton Inn on our inbound trip and the Ramada is a massive upgrade!!!!!"
