"The hotel staff were all very nice and helpful. They even arranged to bring Birthday cake on my birthday. Will definitely consider to stay here again when we go to Jakarta. "
"I don't usually review properties, but in this case I feel it's my duty to share what I experienced.
Check in took 1 hour as there's no check in desk, but you're supposed to contact an "agent" (some guy called Steven Gunawan) who asks you to deposit 500 ribu to his bank account in order to guide you through a treasure hunt to collect the keys of the room.
Once we got the keys, the water in the shower was cold (you need to switch on something, but of course you have to figure it out yourself),...
"The check in is terrible, no communication whatsoever from the owner. Check out was fine, not very nice experience. The room is fine, very small but nice view."

"I am writing to express my profound dissatisfaction with the accommodations provided during our recent stay at your establishment, which was booked as an executive family room for four persons through [Expedia/booking portal]. We expected a three-star hotel experience based on the descriptions and images presented on the booking platform. However, the reality was shockingly substandard, misleading, and entirely unacceptable.
Upon arrival, there was just a guy in a tiny shop lot under the condominium apartment then he brought us to a room in another tower. We felt scammed immediately. we were dismayed to find that the “executive family room” was not part of a proper hotel but rather a poorly maintained unit in what appeared to be a residential apartment or condominium building. The condition of the room was deplorable and far from the clean, modern, and comfortable accommodations advertised. Below, I outline the numerous issues we encountered:
1. Unhygienic and Poorly Maintained Conditions: The room was in a shocking state of disrepair. The walls were covered in stains, peeling paint, mold, and cobwebs, creating an unsanitary and unwelcoming environment. The entire space had a pervasive, unpleasant odor, and it was evident that the room had not been properly cleaned prior to our arrival. Toilet basin is choked and hair everywhere. We had to clean it before use. Kitchen tap not working at all.
2. Inadequate Amenities: Despite booking a room for four guests, we were provided w"
"Great location, just 1min walk to Emporium Mall. Rooms look fairly newly furnished, spacious, clean n good housekeeping.
The breakfast has a wide range of delicipus hot Indo foods (the widest for any Holiday Inn Express i have stayed). "

"Rooms are small but for an airport hotel, it’s plenty. The staff is very helpful. Special mention on the baggage storage for the helpfulness of the staff and the care they take."
"The staff are very helpful and generous!
The room door are so noisy when you open or close, so you can here other people going in and out.
This hotel is very clean, a bit old but is closed to CGK Airport. The surrounding area is terrible, everything is a slum and very dirty "
