"We had an amazing stay at Alila, one of the best hotels I’ve been to in a long time. The hotel itself is beautiful, services and facilities top notch but particularly the service provided by all the staff in the restaurants and reception and especially Adi who chauffeured us from the airport and was a great help throughout our stay. Would definitely stay here again if ever back in Jakarta Highly recommend the breakfast deal "

" Great Breakfast, But Rooms Need an Update I recently stayed at The Westin Jakarta, and while my overall experience was positive, there were a few aspects that stood out for different reasons. "It is my regular hotel when staying in Jakarta for business (office very close), and it offers the necessities and very good value for money. A few things I would appreciate are 1) bed - a bit too hard for my taste (I am European and the bed is more aligned with Asian taste, i.e. harder 2) a bit better / healthier selection of breakfast - especially the hot items and bread. "

"Just spent three nights at this hotel and I cannot fault it. The junior suite it was absolutely perfect in every way, very spacious with all facilities, an an excellent bathroom, and a huge double bed. The room was also very quiet at night. Facilities at the hotel are all so good with a good rooftop bar with live music and a dining room which I only use for breakfast but sampled my first Indonesian breakfast. Thoroughly recommend it when staying in Jakarta"

"Excellent staff friendly and helpful. Very clean property, pretty and comfortable room. Good breakfast. I don’t give a five stars to property only because the pool water need more maintenance (maybe chlorine) and because the kitchen is open beside the restaurant and the food odour is strong and stay in your clothes. But I have to say that I reported that and the staff/management took their best action immediately. DEFINITELY I WILL COME BACK. Great value for your money."

"Comfortable hoyel stay in south Jakarta. The Elite lounge was great value and gave us a quiet place to meet. There is a full range of amenities plus live music in the lobby. There is a shopping centre with great supermarket 7 min walk away. We will stay here again on our next visit"
