"It’s a lovely place to stay. Good location, nice room, shower & bathrooms are updated. Excellent amenities…. Great view on rooftop- with wonderful swimming pool. The reception staff are amazingly friend!! I had a late check out and kindly miss Chamo Kerem allow me to stay few hours extra. What a wonderful hospitality. Highly appreciated it. I recommend this hotel to All. To enjoy their stay while they are visiting Parabupabus city !! "

"Pessima. Instalações velhas, piso soltando, banheiro sem condições de banho (minusculo). Dificuldades para receber nota fiscal e quando tentei falar no hotel via telefone, muita dificuldade, muita mesmo. O Gerente que atendeu o telefone e tentou me ajudar, fora isso, não recomendo mesmo que para uma unica noite."

"This hotel is just average at best. It got worse when the a/c stopped working and lady at the reception named Fernanda blamed it on me. She said :”yesterday it was working and today is not, it must have been you”. No apologies, no courtesy bottle of water… never again."
