The complimentary water and juice was very much appreciated. Best to pay for the private parking because street parking is almost impossible. "I stayed here with the kids and honestly I couldn’t have been more happier with the service. There were a couple of minor hiccups but they dealt with the issue quickly and efficiently. The staff are very welcoming and extremely helpful and the hotel is very clean. And to top it off, the location was so good with the shopping mall 1 minute away, beach and transport. I highly recommend."
"The hotel and staff was one of the best we have been too and the breakfast buffet offered was amazing with so much variety.
The only negative thing noticed is the “security” person that stands there extremely rude making a “shhhhhhh” sound to my kids who were laughing on the first floor. Very strange and unwelcoming. "
