"This apartment is very well-kept, in a beautiful town and owned by a lovely man named Luis. Our only complaints are that there was zero soap in the apartment (no dish or hand soap), and that the booking agency Bookiply (through whom your communications are eventually directed from Expedia) provided zero accurate information about arrival instructions.
