Overall, we had a great time at Residence Aurmat although we were asked to go to a different building than the one in the website. The place is spacious and clean and it has all the necessities we needed. The stairs put us off a bit because we were carrying big luggage but other than that, we had a lovely time. The owner(?) was very nice and friendly. :)

I stayed in a single room forone week, that was compact and convenient. Only inconvenience with recycling: I got a big trash bin only on the last day. Guests have to take their own trash to common basement. No recycling of paper/plastic/etc. Bed and pillow ok

The room was small for the price. The kitchen, refrigerator, and microwave were placed in a small area, and I hit my head on a shelf several times. The TV channel list said that international broadcasts would be available, but in reality, only French broadcasts were available, which was disappointing. There was a problem with the Internet being disconnected midway through the telework, but it was promptly taken care of. The staff was always quick to respond.

We have stayed 6 nights in the studio (3pax). The apartment is well-equipped with everything. It looks exactly as what the photos are. Location - just one minute away from the subway station, a few supermarkets and many eateries. Staff - The staffs are very friendly and helpful. They offered to carry the luggage given there is no lift in the apartment. Apartment - It is equipped with all you need, the towels are so clean, the kitchen has everything you need, the dish cleaning sponge is new (some apartment did not provide new), the utensils are in very clean and good in condition, we love our BEDs (too comfortable), the aircon is working perfectly!! And there are 3 big windows in our room which provide brightness and wind. The shower room is abit small, but we are fine with that. Overall, we really love this apart-hotel :)

Excellent location to visit the centre of Paris with a metro station around the corner. Lovely clean room with good dark curtains to keep out the light in the morning! Having a fridge and kitchenette was really handy.

Stayed at one of the studios that are also offered around Aurmat, 5 Rue Pascal. It is a nice fully functional studio with a full separate kitchen. Good location and quiet.

Stayed in one the small apartments near to but not in the main Aurmat building. Everything was fine and out of Aurmat apartments give a wider range of reasonably priced accomodation.

David was great, property is very close to Metro. AC does not work. It was probably us misunderstanding, but I am not sure it is a hotel, as much as an apartment. There is no daily service to make the beds, or get more soap or toilet paper. Now to be clear, David is there from the morning until 6:30pm (or so), so it would be easy to get. But doing the tourist thing, everyday we were back too late. After 6:30p (or so) there is no staff available in the building. I may be wrong, but if a new guest arrives late in the evening, I have no idea how they would get access to check in. Overall the building inside is brand new and very clean. Again, David, on the day shift is fantastic. But I am still not sure it is a "Hotel" rather than an a building with 20 or so apartments.

little out of way but its good
The place is easy to find. It doesn't have parking but the closest metro station is less than 10 mins away. There are markets and restaurants around with one shop being right infront of the apartment. The apartment was on the first floor so you will hear commotions. The apartment is not at the location where it is stated on the booking site but a good 15 mins drive from the actual front desk. It is however in a secured building with a big private balcony. It has one bathroom for 5 people so it was little inconvenient. but it does have laundry on site. It have steel shutters that can block the noise and light complete but it will make the apartment hotter and it lacks AC. Overall it was good.
