The property is a senior apartment homes that rent the available units. The room was actually a studio apartment that has a small kitchenette, and even a laundry machine. The property is located close to a metro station that takes you in about 20 minutes to Paris.

The area the hotel is in is a very rough and ran down neighborhood. It is approximately 30 min away from the main attractions of this city. When we arrived, which was about 10pm, the room was not ready due to “flooding issues” then when I called Expedia to assist, the hotel said it was finding another room and it would be a 15 min wait. We waited another 40 min before we got our room. The rooms themselves, are ok. Not bad. The location is scary, but was well lit and the people around seemed to be friendly. Management was very friendly overall.

Acceuil au top. Propreté générale top. Métro juste a côté Seul petit bémol la vaisselle était sale dans les placards . Cela ne m empêchera pas de refaire un séjour si besoin

Rummelig lejlighed. Rengøringen kunne være bedre. Vi fandt gammel mad i et skab og en beskidt karaffel i køleskabet. Sengene var dog rene og pæne. Venligt personale og dejlige fællesarealer ude og inde. Få minutters gang til metro.

Sejour entr Montreuil et Paris. Hotel situé au coeur de Montreuil et proche du metro ligne 9 qui metne dans paris en un quart d'heure/vingt minutes. Chambre et salle de bains sont spacieuses. Il y à même un coin cuisine que je n'ai pas eu l'occasion d'employer au delà du frigo.

Un séjour surprenant, surtout à mon arrivée, ou j'ai découvert que cet "hotel" était un EPADH qui loue des chambres vides en chambres hôtelières. Rien ne l'indique des qu'on réserve Ni dés qu'on envoi un mail à l'Hotel" pour leur demander si une arrivée tardive est possible (la réponse est d'ailleurs OUI) Le petit studio est simple mais fonctionnel, le lit 1 place est assisté électriquement pour une médicalisation et la douche est une douche pour les personnes a mobilité réduite. Une fois qu'on sait ca le reste est nickel! Four / four micro onde / bouilloire il y a tout le nécessaire dont du liquide vaisselle et un torchon! L'accès est sécurisé. Je recommande donc.
