"A wonderful getaway, every staff we encountered provided service with a smile. We get great access to the beach and views of the Andaman Sea. The room was huge and well appointed, and the bathtub was great to soak in at the end of the long day. The only wrinkle was the shower water tends to leak out to the vanity area but that's a minor inconvenience. Oh and we had a visit from the resident toad and moth in our room which isnt unexpected consiering the property's proximity to nature."

"This is a luxury resort near Phuket airport and close to Naiyang Beach. There are plenty of places to eat nearby but we chose the hotels restaurant for its air conditioned comfort and the meals were excellent along with the service. There are massage places and the beach accross the road. We highly recommend as an upmarket accommodation place near the airport for a short stay."

"The resort was stunning on saying that i think they could put some more storage in rooms eg drawers,and or dressing table.I also think maybe a few more handrails around site there are ramps but handrails would make it a bit easier for the physically impaired.Breakfast and meals where to an excellant standard.Pool area and surrounds where great, staff and managers where outstanding all in all a fantastic short break."

"I arrived and called the host multiple times and every time they say they will come in few minutes... I waited more than an hour and finally no one came. They just sent me the code to smart lock... I don't understand why they didn't send it from beginning!! The taxi left me because she couldn't wait anymore so I had to drag my luggage up as the room was the last building up the hill!! It almost ruined my whole trip in my last night but the Mariot restaurant next to them made my night a little better. "

"I loved my 12 night stay at Nai Yang Resort and Spa. Everyone was so helpful and friendly. The room was always clean & stocked with everything I needed. Breakfast was great & the pools were clean and relaxing. The location is perfectly located to the beach, food, and shopping. The rate on my room was really good & I’m definitely planning on returning in the fall. This was one of my favorite hotels I’ve stayed at. I’m so glad it was affordable. I hope they keep the prices low! Khao Khun Kha!"

"This resort was the absolute highlight of our Phuket trip. If you want to be in a quiet, relaxing resort bubble, this is your place. Such friendly, helpful staff, stunning rooms, stunning pool and beautiful surrounding gardens and trees. The breakfast buffet was a pretty decent price and mix of both western and Thai food. Located just 10 minutes from the airport, but no airport noise, so very convenient to get to after a long flight. It’s in a quiet area that’s got some restaurants, shops and cafes just accross the small river. The area is a bit far away from most attractions though, so I’d suggest staying there for half your trip then moving to a busier area if you’d like to be closer to the action. We had the pool access suite and I couldn’t recommend it more highly. The room was very affordable, beautiful and spacious. It was particularly glorious laying on the sunbeds on our little deck and slipping in and out of the pool whenever we pleased. We enjoyed it so much we went back on our final day. The rooms are very clean, the gardens are well maintained. My only criticism is that the pool needs a serious clean where the sunbeds in the pool are. There was thick, green algae on the steps and sunbeds. It was also very slippery and my partner fell over walking on it. The rest of the experience was flawless though which is why I’m still rating 5 stars overall. We had such an amazing experience and we hope to come back one day! Highly recommend!"
