Nestled against Park City Mountain Resort and alongside the Park City Municipal Golf Course, this is the perfect year-round destination!

Welcome to our beautiful 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom mountain home directly across the street from Park City Mountain Resort in downtown Park City. Our comfortable and inviting loft-style condo has a spacious & open floor plan, suitable for up to six people. It has incredible features like a large renovated kitchen, high-quality finishes/fixtures/furnishings, a new washer/dryer, and a clubhouse with hot tub, saunas, and pool year-round. It is situated on the 16th hole at the Park City Golf Course and has incredible views.

The open-concept living area features comfortable furnishings, HDTV with entertainment, high-speed internet, a gas fireplace, and access to your private deck with mountain views.

On your left, as you enter the property, is a small nook and storage area. Continue down the hallway and find the open-concept kitchen, formal dining room, and large family living room. The kitchen has a refrigerator, four burner stove & oven, dishwasher, microwave, and other small household appliances for your vacation needs. The kitchen also features hardwood cabinetry, tons of counter space, and a large breakfast bar with seating for six (6). and it's stocked with corning ware, cookware, dishes, and flatware to prepare your daily meals and host family and friends. From the kitchen, you see the large family living room and formal dining room area with beautiful cathedral ceilings.

The bright and open living area is completely furnished with an oversized leather couch, two (2) single chairs, wood & glass side tables with lamps, an armoire, and a beautiful floor-to-ceiling hardwood mantle with gas fireplace & stone tiling. The living area comfortably surrounds the entertainment area, equipped with a 40" HDTV, DVD player, cable/satellite, and Wi-Fi. Adjacent to the living room is a large formal dining room with mountain furniture, a chandelier, and seating for six (6) people. The living room also offers guests a small den/laptop nook and private outdoor deck access. You can see the Park City Golf Course or the Wasatch Mountains to the west. Also situated on the main floor is the half-bathroom with a pedestal vanity and toilet. The home has unobstructed views of Park City Resort and the Park City Golf Course.

The first bedroom is warm & decorated to suit the atmosphere of the home. It has a beautiful wood bed frame with a king-size bed, a large wood dresser, nightstands, lamps, a closet, and an en suite bathroom. The en suite bathroom has a vanity, bathtub, shower, and toilet.

The upstairs floor is where the two other bedrooms are situated. The second bedroom has a bunk bed with a queen-sized bed on the bottom and a twin-sized bed on top, a nightstand and lamp, a closet for storage, and beautiful cathedral ceilings & oversized windows, allowing natural light to fill the room. The third bedroom has a king-sized bed, a large dresser for storage, lighting lamps, and an angled ceiling. The shared upstairs bathroom has a long counter, vanity, bathtub, shower, and toilet. Please note this home does not have air conditioning and can be warm during the summer; however, fans are provided to keep guests comfortable.

Underground parking is available, and one space is designated for this unit. If you have two or more cars, open spaces are provided, and additional parking is available outside our community Clubhouse and pool. The sizable and comfortable Three Kings Clubhouse is made to accommodate large groups for entertaining. The Clubhouse includes a natural stone fireplace, large windows overlooking the fully landscaped property, a vast dining room table, and plenty of seating and space for entertaining. The Three Kings Clubhouse also offers a year-round outdoor pool and hot tub with spectacular mountain views. Three Kings pools and hot tubs are closed yearly between Labor Day & Thanksgiving and again in April, at the end of the ski season, reopening Memorial Day.

The property also enjoys access to a transit stop outside the door that will shuttle guests to Park City, Deer Valley Ski Resort, the Canyons Mountain Resort, Tanger's Outlet Mall, and Old Town Park City. Great communication!
The text method of communicating was very easy. I got responses to questions within a few minutes. Even late in the afternoon. The space is very nice. Lots of room, all the kitchen gadgets we needed. This is right next to the trails at park city and we enjoyed our stay.

Walk to Park City lifts. We actually skied Deer Valley instead which is an easy 2 mile drive. Quiet. Covered parking. Plenty of room in this condo which was well appointed with everything you need. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice place for a ski trip
The property is a great location for a ski trip. The area with the Eagle, First Time, and 3 Kings lifts is a 5 minute walk. It was easy to return by the condo for lunch and get back out skiing. Ground floor access is nice with no stairs to climb. The underground parking space is helpful if you have a car. Inside everything is as advertised. Overall it is a very comfortable place to stay in Park City.

If you’re skiing Park City Mountain this is about as good as it gets. You can practically throw a football to the lift, and the grocery store, Starbucks, ski rental shop, and other conveniences are all within walking distance. Definitely would stay here again.

This condo was a 2 minute walk from Park City lifts which was so helpful! No need to wait for parking, or get up early for it. Covered parking was amazing so that when we wanted to go out we could just hop in the car and go. Plenty of space for our family of five to spread out and enjoy.

This property was perfect for our family holiday. Everything was clean and well-maintained. The kitchen was stocked with the equipment I needed to prepare Thanksgiving dinner for my family. (Sharp knives-rare in a rental kitchen) The expandable table was a nice surprise and couldn't have been more perfect for when family members joined us for the day. We loved relaxing at the pool and spa in the clubhouse. Management was very responsive to our questions. Highly recommend this property!

We skied Park City, February 2021. The condo is less than a five min walk to the lift. Perfect location! The kitchen was well stocked with everything you need to cook. Including a crock pot. Plenty of towels. Never ran out of hot water. Quick response from management for a few questions that we had. Definitely staying here next year. Great place to stay.

Great location, large and comfortable, needs some updating and deep cleaning
We loved the location, the fact it was very close to the lifts, and the space. Kitchen had lots of utensils and there were plenty of towels. Hot Tub and Pool are a short walk through the snow but really nice and spacious (there is also a Sauna). Washer and Dryer in the unit are brand new. downside is that the unit shows it’s age, the linens were paper-thin, dust on most surfaces, and annoyingly so, there were a bunch of personal items left behind in the condo by the owners (bikes in the middle of the hallway, stack of framed pictures in one of the bedrooms). Walls to neighboring condos are really thin and we could hear the parties next door. In summary, good experience.

Very nice condo conveniently located.
The entire crew enjoyed the stay at this condo. It is conveniently located to PC Ski area - a 10 - 15 minute walk to the main lift. It would have been helpful to have a "visitors guide" with bus, restaurant and grocery store info as well as general area information. The only complaint is we did not have any toilet paper (1/4 roll) or trash bags to haul out trash (as requested by the property manager). These are minor complaints and we would stay again.

Nice unit in a great location for skiing Park City Mountain
We had a great time staying in Park City. The unit was as described and the location was better than we expected. It's a shorter walk to the Eagle lift than from most of the parking spaces in the adjacent lot. These units are not new but are maintained well. We've done many rentals around Park City and other resorts so we're impressed when we see a well stocked kitchen with a shiny new coffee maker, etc. We made use of the hot tub which is close by though not at the unit itself. The clubhouse and changing facilities make it easy to change after a swim or hot tub session so you don't have to make the wet, cold walk back to your condo. The development also seems to have an on-call staff if any issues arise. It's also a short walk to a number of shops and restaurants. In good weather it'd be a nice walk to main St. from the condo. We'd rent it again if we come back.
