Daly Avenue Miners Cottage sleeping 8 is a perfect blend of old-world retro décor coupled with modern finishes and technologies, perched on Daly Avenue walking distance to the top of Historic Main Street in downtown Park City! Walk to shopping dining, nightlife and walk or trolley to Main Street's Town Lift.

The dining and living area are perfect for entertaining. The great room has a gorgeous stone gas fireplace creating a cozy ambience along with designer furnishings both in the living area and throughout the home. Notably, the finish selections are unique and special, with modern appliances, beautiful Cabrera marble countertops, traditional light switches and other retro historic architectural elements, giving this home unique Park City vintage character.

The Cottage offers a King master suite with full ensuite bath and two Queen suites, each with their own ensuite baths. An additional office/bonus space offers a Queen Pull out sofa and adjacent bath with a shower, making this a quaint private home perfect for a family vacation.

Multiple decks adorn this private ski residence providing a private serene feeling and backing up to open space with a private hot tub enclave off the top deck for après ski relaxation!

This property is a wooded hideaway and beautiful in summer, however guests should note Air Conditioning is not offered, as is the case with many downtown private homes, and instead fans in each bedroom keep the property temperate.

A full washer and dryer set in the laundry room is a helpful asset, along with garage parking for a one small SUV for guests. The driveway is short as is common for the historic downtown corridor, that also restricts parking to no street availability. Conversely, most guests at this location would not have a need for a vehicle as it is a short walk to the corner of Daly Ave and Main Street making the location perfect and convenient year-round.

This ideal location lends itself to many conveniences including easy access to shopping, dining, and nightlife. Just a short walk to Town Lift for ski access to Park City Mountain Resort or guests could walk to the nearest free transit stop for easy access to town and all three world-class ski resorts bases at Canyons Village, Deer Valley Snow Park and Park City Mountain Resort. Additionally, the Main Street trolley often stops at the top of Main Street, taking guests up and down the historic shopping and dining corridor!

The Daly Miner's Cottage is the perfect location to explore all Park City has to offers including restaurants, entertainment, nightlife, art scene, hiking and biking trails, and of course the best snow on earth!
