"This was one of the most incredible, lovely and relaxing places that I have ever stayed, especially in Papua New Guinea. "The carpet was damp somehow, had to wear slippers the whole time. The soap bottle on the sink was empty. Also the water did not completely drain in the shower, must be some clog up. These should have been fixed before making unit available to customer. "

"Went to check in prepared with confirmation number and booking email but front office staff were clueless, said there was no booking, had no idea about Wotif. Took 20 minutes for them to find a senior manager and be directed to get a room prepared. Once in the room, the facilities were fine and the room was quite reasonable but front office staff need a lot of training, especially given the competitive market for accommodation in Moresby these days."
