"IHG is brand well known & familiar. We chose this hotel for its location & hotel facilities. The rooms in the tower wing are the best, recently refurbished with a tasteful finish. Water pressure can at times be a challenge but otherwise a very pleasant stay."

"They have a nice pool. It’s a quick walk to the beach. The hot water was great. The bedding was washed but did have a couple small stains. "

"Their was no TV remote in the deluxe room I was staying in to turn the TV on."

"The carpet was damp somehow, had to wear slippers the whole time. The soap bottle on the sink was empty. Also the water did not completely drain in the shower, must be some clog up. These should have been fixed before making unit available to customer. "

"Went to check in prepared with confirmation number and booking email but front office staff were clueless, said there was no booking, had no idea about Wotif. Took 20 minutes for them to find a senior manager and be directed to get a room prepared. Once in the room, the facilities were fine and the room was quite reasonable but front office staff need a lot of training, especially given the competitive market for accommodation in Moresby these days."

"The guest recognition is really good, the staff are attentive & always pleasant. From the front office team at check in to the housekeeping team during your stay. It is close to shopping & has all you need for a wonderful stay. The restaurant has a very tasteful menu. Try the Lamb Rogan Josh with rice & a side of garlic naan, delightful!"
