"Stopped over for 4 days on the way to Bangkok and booked this hotel as it had 5 star rating. When we checked in, we got a room that’s dusty, musky smell and there were marking on the bedsheet. We went to complaint to Expedia, took plenty of pictures of the dust. The next day the manager moved us to an upgraded room. It was super clean, gave us free breakfast for the duration of the stay. We were so happy with the service we ended up booking another 2 days on the way back from Bangkok. "

"The property was nice. It was far enough away from Patong Beach so noise wasn’t an issue. The view from our room was beautiful. The room had all the amenities but it wasn’t as clean as I like. The breakfast was great and it was included in our stay. If you want quiet time away from the noise and hustle and bustle of the beach, this is the resort for you. If you want night life and a variety of choices, this would not be the place for you. Great staff and customer service. "
