"Absolutely beautiful, the customer service was impeccable. The room was very comfortable with direct access to the pool and very close to the beach. Breakfast was great with a good selection. I will definitely stay here again. One thing I’d like to advise is the hot water for shower could be a little warmer. But truely I stay in many hotels around the world and La Flora has quickly jumped to the highest ranks on my list."

"Front desk clerk needs training Forgot to give me my passport back, needed to ask for it, ( not good ) gave me the wrong room # key for the safe - really ? Found this out after having to go to the desk and ask for the key Up and down from the room just for something that should be automatic at check-in Room key worked variably as well. Overall not a good impression, glad I only booked 1 night "

"This property had everything I needed, really close distance to everything in Patong. Clean enough and 24hr reception. They’d clean my room daily. The receptionists were also very helpful with suggestions for transport and things to do. Would recommend! "

"We wanted the airport transfer to hotel, but not sure how the payment works apart from bank transfers. The payment webpage looks backdated, plain and weird. If there are payment using Paypal, Apple Pay, Visa, it’ll be more convincing, secured and safe for us. We arrived late, extremely hungry enduring flight transfers and traffic from airport.
