"They describe themselves as a boutique hotel and I would agree. The staff are friendly. They take the time to greet you. The rooms are cleaned to a high standard. They use an eco approach that is built around the client. Breakfast is of a high standard and the gym is well kitted out. And it is conveniently located for transport, shops and sites. "The hotel in general is on good condition, the staff was great, they helped us to get the room early as we arrived at 6:30 in the morning, not that early but at least they did help. The room was super clean, small but very confortable. Nacho the guy who welcomed us was super nice , we always saw him helping all the guests, as well as the guy at the main door. "Oh my, this was a FANTASTIC hotel to stay at in Madrid. My wife and I took an 8 day trip to Madrid, and booked this hotel because Expedia recommended it, and it was perfect. It is about as central as it could be, about a 2 minute walk from the Puerta del Sol in the center of town, and from there, it was a 10 to 20 minute walk to almost anywhere, or direct access to the metro.
