Wonderful one bedroom Summer House Villa located near the private seaside community of Litchfield By the Sea. This unit features a full kitchen with updated kitchenware including both a keurig and drip coffee maker, and living room with flat screen TV. The unit also features a private bedroom with two QUEEN size beds, with new pillows, flat screen TV and a full size bathroom. Just off the living room is a balcony that faces the water park and pool area with plenty of seating. There is a full size sleeper sofa in the living room perfect for kids. This unit does not come with a washer/dryer - laundry room is on the first floor.
There are also South Carolina landmarks such as Atalaya, the picturesque, Moorish-style winter home of Archer and Anna Hyatt Huntington, philanthropist and sculptor, respectively, who left the park and adjacent Brookgreen Gardens as their legacy.
Nature lovers also will enjoy the park’s Nature Center and wide variety of programming, including the chance to see loggerhead turtles and other endangered plant and animal species up close. The park’s freshwater lake is a sure-fire place to see alligators and sometimes even a mink or two.
Art lovers, meanwhile, flock by the thousands to the prestigious, juried Atalaya Arts and Crafts Festival held each September in and around the former home of Archer and Anna Hyatt Huntington.
The beach at Litchfield by the Sea is a short 10 minute walk or grab a shuttle in the summer which runs every 20 minutes. In addition, the LBTS community offers miles of walking and bike paths that are linked to the Murrells Inlet and Pawleys Island area. Also onsite is a Starbucks. The resort also has areas for fishing and crabbing, lighted tennis and pickleball courts and so much more. This is truly a full service, amenity packed resort. This unit is available for nightly, weekly and monthly rentals.

No motorcycles, RVs, campers, buses, or motorized skateboards are allowed in the LBTS property. Sorry, golf carts are not allowed here at this building since there is nowhere to charge them.
