"A great spot right on the slopes to make skiing everyday very convenient! And a hot tub slope-side to warm up after a day of skiing. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, a little dated but that adds to the charm. I would absolutely stay again for my next trip to CB. "

"The condo was very clean and comfortable. There was no humidifier and the light over the sink was out, but after calling the front desk they brought us a humidifier and fixed the light. The light over the stove top only worked on low. Everything else was fine and we enjoyed our stay. "

"The unit was very dated. It is also odd that you walk into the bedroom, having to go through it to the sitting area/kitchenette. Our room adjoins another room, and we heard their TV and chatting until they went to sleep. That was annoying. The location and staff were phenomenal "

"Our group had 3 rooms. What a great place. The breakfasts were delicious. The inn was very comfortable and cozy, perfect for a ski vacation. It’s located basically downtown so everything was close. We took the bus up to the ski mountain… very convenient. We also skied x country which was even more convenient. "

GREAT Location - Very Comfortable

"Everything advertised and more! I was a little worried at first when reviewing the photos thinking the unit, though spacious, would be a little tight, but that was not the case. A very large master suite and the two main floor bedrooms (all en suite) provided very comfortable sleeping. The unit is very spacious and accommodating and while the kitchen is just a "little" tight, large enough to allow two cooks to prepare meals. All of those windows let in all the sunlight after a day of skiing / riding, with comfy seating to enjoy aprí ski. And just a short walk across the street to two lifts to start your day. Highly recommmend. "

Cozy Condo on Mt. Crested Butte

"Cozy condo located on Mt. Crested Butte off the ski slopes. Ample room for the whole family plus our dog. Great view of the mountains and sunrises/sunsets. Fully stocked kitchen with the option of cooking-in and close enough to town if you wanted to enjoy a bite out! Appreciated the garage to protect the car from the snow/freezing temperatures. Also, on the bus route if you did not want to drive or walk to the slopes. Heated bathroom floors, gas fireplace and thermostats in every room so everyone from your party can control the temperature to their own comfort."

Spacious, warm, and bright space!

"We enjoyed our stay at Black Bear condos. Since it snowed several times, it was lovely to be able to park in the garage. Our son is in a wheelchair and there was lots of wonderful space in which he could maneuver around. We also had easy access to the bed in his bedroom. After several emails (that were answered quickly) with the managers of the property, they were able to assure us that we would have the space that we needed for our son and his wheelchair. The couches were super comfortable and we loved having all of the windows to let in the light and to see the gorgeous fall colors right outside the windows. The fireplace kept us really cozy, as well. It was just a delightul week in this lovely property. We are hoping we could return to enjoy more time in beautiful Mt. Crested Butte. "

Lovely family getaway!

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Crested Butte. The location of this unit provided stunning views and we spent a lot of time on the balcony. The bathrooms were quite outdated and we found a little untidiness (garbage left under a bed, some lint in the shower), but nothing too off putting. Having young kids with us, it was a nice and unexpected perk to have some children's toys and books in one of the rooms. The kitchen and living spaces were clean and open with lots of wonderful natural light. Accessible by elevator, easy few minute drive into downtown. Booking, checking in, and communicating with the management when we needed to adjust our dates was very smooth. We would definitely recommend and stay again!"
