"We had a great time staying at Julia’s house in Pebble Beach. It was a very nice quiet location but also felt quite neighborly. The house has very nice living areas especially in the sunny front enclosed yard with a bbq. There is also a pretty view of the water from the small upstairs deck. The host was very friendly and helpful."

"The property was clean, cozy and quiet. The primary bedroom is huge, has a firm bed and looks out at the backyard seating area. Not sure why there are comments about the shower being complicated, it’s literally just turn it to the right and wait until the hot water comes out. The shower door is a bit awkward, but not a big deal at all. The owner is extremely accommodating and very communicative. We’ve rented 3 other properties within 17 Mile and this was the first we’ve received a gate emblem...

"My husband and I were married here and returned with our 4 children ages 1-9. We are very familiar with the area and chose this property due to the closeness to the water and accessibility from different parts of the peninsula. There were plenty of beds, we did all of the fun things in the area with ease, and the kids said playing in their room was the highlight! The host is very kind and understanding. "
