My partner and I stayed in Joglo at Hidden Hills Villa for 3 nights over in April. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and felt super relaxed away from the hustle and bustle. Service at Hidden Hills was excellent and everyone was super friendly and lovely. The location is very convenient, we rented a scooter and got around Uluwatu pretty easily!

Fantastic honeymoon stay
We had an amazing start to our honeymoon in late August 2017 at this property! Our pool villa was spacious and clean with a gorgeous view. Our butler Adi was very kind and helpful -- he even arranged to pick us up when we were having trouble finding a reasonable taxi while out in town one night. The food at this property is also very good. Overall an unforgettable experience and I highly recommend it!

Amazing!
Hidden Hills is nothing short but spectacular. We had the pleasure of staying at our villa for a week and during that time we were cared for thoughtfully by the staff. From local recommendations to on-site car service around the area, we felt that the team was attentive and most importantly, friendly. Highly recommend staying there and enjoying all of the services offered (massages and personal chef dinners) while overlooking the best ocean/town views!

I think I found heaven on earth. Peace and tranquility awaits you in this private location. The staff are exceptional and the service impeccable. I was so sad to leave, I can not wait to go back and stay longer. There just aren’t enough words to describe the ambience, the views, the sunsets, the breakfast, the coffee. I also had the best facial and reflexology I have ever experienced in one word BLISS.

The manager was so nice, they provide us a free pick up transportation from another villa. The room is great, except for style of the villa didn't surprise us, like the walkway to the bathroom is so tiny and overlap with the door to the bedroom. But the view is amazing.

First day we got there service was a bit slow, but it’s because they were short-staffed for the day. The joglo we were in was so big with a nice jacuzzi. Food was very food, I recommend the Thai Beef Salad. FYI there were a lot of centipedes in the property even in the walls of the shower but they said they can’t do anything about them, they regularly fog the property but the centipedes keep coming back so you just gotta keep an eye out for them.

However staff is excellent, but the have no power to make decisions or give you a deal on anything. The bigger villas are out of date . The gym is pretty much useless . Trully AMAZING!!! From the management,to the staffs,food and to the place itself.. Stayed 4 days and never had a problem from the booking (GRO Michaela was so accomodating answering querries with regards to the property),to the staffs who are so friendly and always smile and greet you and ask if everything is alright,to the location,it was so quiet and so relaxing,offering a good view for a sunset..so perfect!!! food were always nicely done and served on time and so fresh..(credit to the cook) for the job well done. Thank you all for the surprised "Happy Birthday Song" during our romantic dinner,appreciated a lot..Happiest birthday ever! I strongly recommend HIDDEN HILLS VILLAS to everyone who are looking and want to have extravagant place to stay. We will surely go back if given a chance.

Privacy and luxury at its best
We booked the studio villa (Joglo) and were pleased with the comfort level. Due to the way the 6-7 villas are located on the property you get a feeling of total seclusion and privacy. Joglo is the smallest of all the villas, and doesn't have a kitchen or Nespresso machine or a private pool. But it is still spacious, has a great view, a huge and very comfortable bed, and the bathroom is gorgeous. The bathroom has a jacuzzi which looks out over the hills/ocean in the distance so we just filled that up with cool water and used it like a plunge pool. The studio has two a/c units so it's easy to cool the space down. The breakfast is lovely, delivered to your villa each morning. You choose from either American, Continental or Indonesian and what time you want it delivered the night before and it miraculously appears on time the next morning. There are no communal facilities here (pool, restaurant, bar etc) but you can order room service meals and/or drinks. If you don't have your own transport then going out is not as simple as just walking out the gate and choosing from a bunch of restaurants on your doorstep. The driveway is long to get to the road, and from there you have to walk on a busy main road with no street lighting and no footpath up and down some hills to get to the nearest restaurants/cafes. The staff were all super friendly and obliging. We would definitely stay again and I'd recommend this place if you want privacy and luxury!
