You have to walk down many flights of stairs to get to the spa and lower rooms. It is not handicap accessible at all. "The hotel was very peaceful, and the room itself was very gorgeous. It had a balconcy that went right out to a pond and the valley below! One small issue - while checking the mattress for bed bugs (there were none, just to be very clear), I can't help but notice the mattress was actually quite dusty. To be fair, the bed was covered with two layers of bed sheets. I chose to not make a fuss over this, but could definitely be improved on."
