"I am a little biased because the Hilton look after me as a regular visitor. They always go above and beyond to make sure my stay is comfortable. The room is always comfortable and clean. Breakfast is always perfect (the coffee machine even behaved for my last visit). Rachel, is not only great at her job, but she is such an amazing soul.
