"This was the perfect spot for our family’s first time to La Fortuna and Costa Rica. If you don’t mind the drive into town for activities, which we didn’t at all, this place is quiet and beautiful! We loved sitting at both open-air restaurants and having a drink while our kids swam in the hot springs. The hiking trail and river slide/swimming were beautiful. We saw lots of birds and heard all the cicadas and howler monkeys in the evenings. We would definitely stay again!"

"We stayed in a 3 bed 2 bath bungalow type rental at Bungalows Las Iguanas. The beds were comfy and the property was very clean. No trouble with bugs. We had a 19 year old and 24 year old with us and they loved the private outdoor pool and hot tub. This is a small family-owned business and they were all very friendly and welcoming. It has a beautiful view, the pool and hot tub are lovely, the food is good and interesting, the drinks are delicious and the people are all amazingly friendly, helpful and kind.
