Difficile tout de même de faire la part entre le très bon, lié à l'appartement, pratique, joliment décoré, disposant d'une belle terrasse avec vue magnifique sur la mer et la résidence, et le mauvais qui n'est pas du fait des propriétaires bien sûr:Nous avons séjourné du 22/10 au 28/10, en écourtant notre séjour du fait du mauvais temps. Et bien nous en a pris, après c'étaient les inondations en Catalogne!! on reviendra sans doute, par des temps plus cléments... "

"L’appartement était extrêmement sale, vieillot, manque beaucoup d’ustensiles de cuisson, j’ai du allé en acheter, salle de bain sale et sans vmc, toilette cassé, portes rongées par l’humidité, porte fenêtre séjour qui ne se ferme pas, séjour très vétuste et odeur d’excréments dans tout l’appartement suite aux problèmes de canalisation de la résidence. En revanche apparemment très bien situé!! Dommage!! Je ne recommande pas cet hébergement."

"Great location right next to beach with the added bonus of a pool. Pictures are a little misleading as the property was not quite as ‘new’ as photos suggest and there were issues such as a large broken tile in the main bedroom. Kitchen not very well equipped and shower could do with a refresh. Checkin and out was a little difficult as it relied on meeting another person to hand over keys despite having a key safe by the door"

"Stayed here in January. Great for walks on the beach with our dog. Not much open in immediate area but a short drive into Peniscola there were lovely restaurants open. The apartment was clean, good size balcony and good parking. In summer there will be loads of stuff open and probably too busy. No sharp knife. No kettle (normal for Europe). For what we paid for a week a really good find."
