"We had a lovely stay. Our hosts were in contact with us before and after. Check in was straightforward and easy. Everything was neat and clean when we entered. It felt like home. And we could relax. The property overlooks a lovely pond so it also felt like a retreat. We visited in the heat of summer but the location was very nice and cool. "

"We pull up to the property and it looks old and run down (deck is falling apart). The hot tub is unusable and dirty in the front yard. The fire pit was filled with junk. There is a lake across the street that no human would go in. The code I was given to get into the house was wrong. I had to text the owner for the correct code. When you walk into the house, it was extremely hot, humid and smells moldy. The main AC was BROKEN. There is a portable AC unit that was not turned on. When we turned it on, it wasn’t sufficient to cool down the house. Besides that, there was no batteries in the tv remote controls. We had to manually turn on the tv; however, that was useless because there is NO CABLE. You think that is all…until you walk down to the ground level where the pool table is UNUSABLE…disgusting and filled with dirt and dust. The rooms were tiny, smelly, and dingy. None of these things were disclosed or communicated prior to our arrival. I contacted the owner and he had no answers and thought bringing another useless portable AC unit would fix all the issues. I declined and left the property. The owner would not refund me and would not even answer my calls or texts after I left the property. DO NOT RENT THIS PROPERTY. VRBO and his management company Evolve were also useless and terrible to deal with. This was a horrible experience and I will stick with FRBO from now on."

"Great communication with host. Very easy to check in and out. I stayed with my family, which includes a 6 and a 2 year old and the sleeping arrangements were perfect. The home was clean and spacious and super close (walkable) to Jack Frost. Would def consider this home again in the future!"
