Nice Place to Stay
This was a great place to stay for our trip. It was clean and the AC worked well. Never got the chance to fish but wish we could’ve. The neighborhood is nice and quiet and there was almost no traffic.

Would rent this property again!
Didn't get a chance to use the kayaks or fish from the dock. The house was clean and had everything we needed. My only issue was seeing some of the biggest cockroaches I have ever seen in the bedroom. Not the fault of the property owners, I understand these things happen. Even with that, I would definitely rent this property again!

The home was beautiful and fully equipped. Right on a boat launch. My stay was short and weather was bad so wasn't able to fully enjoy it all. There was access to some streaming movie channels but if you brought your own the Wi-Fi was inadequate. Needed to do some work online and internet access was limited. Even hotspot was unavailable. The house was great. Awesome kitchen. Not enough hot water to complete 2 showers. Other than cold showers a relaxing place to hang out.

Thank you for the hospitality! The home is great! Not hard to find at all, everything was nice and clean, we did get rain everyday it was nice because it made the day not to hot to enjoy the beaches around the area. We recommend to use the tollways excess to the beaches makes it faster to arrive have cash in hand. We did not have a change to use the kayaks but next time we will have to rent for a full 7 days to get to do all the things around the area. Thank you see y’all soon!

Great clean, well stocked, place to stay on vacation.
We enjoyed our stay at the property. Unfortunately, it rained quite a bit during our stay so we were unable to enjoy the kayaks. The absolute only thing I have to say negative about this property (and is more of a suggestion than a real frustration) is the sidewalk needs to be built up more. Water pools there and when we first arrived we had to walk through ankle deep water to unload our luggage. Everything else was wonderful. Will stay here again in the future.

We had a great time.
We loved the property. The neighborhood was quiet and the neighbors were friendly. Unlike other places I have stayed they actually had toys and games to keep the kids entertained while we were stuck inside when it was raining. I definitely recommend this place to anybody that’s looking for a great place to enjoy with their family.

Wonderful home!
My parents and I took a short trip to see family. This property is very clean and well maintained. We wish we could have stayed longer to utilize the kayaks and fishing opportunities. Please be careful stepping into the queen bedroom shower. It is very clean and I slipped a little. I do think there needs to be directions for the dryer. I've used a lot of dryers in my 52 years and never could get it to start. Very minor issues! Overall a great little place to stay with decent distance to beaches while still enjoying a quiet neighborhood. It has a nice little childrens nook if you have kids as well. The owner, Krystal, answered every question I had very promptly. Would definitely stay again!

Truly amazing
This was just what our family needed. The owner was truly amazing. Offered us more Kayaks so our entire family could go out together. spent a lot of time out on the dock feeding the crab that keep stilling our bait (100 worms 50 shrimp) .we would love to stay here again. The Osborn and Hardy family

What an awesome place!
This is our 5th time renting a place in the Pensacola area and by far the nicest place we have stayed. The fishing dock is great, the house is very cute, enjoyed our daily conversations with Krystal and Jake and the kids! And the chickens they have or so much fun to watch. I told Krystal as soon as her home is available to book next June that we will be back. We really love this little slice of heaven!
