Only stayed the evening - got in late and then left fairly early. Check in and check out was easy. Pet friendly and affordable. Is across from Okanagan Lake, so great place to walk along the beach.

The older lady at the front desk had an extremely rude attitude towards our family from the moment we arrived, and that attitude continued for the duration of our stay. The room was alright however floors had not been mopped or swept prior to arrival and there’s a spider problem in the rooms as well. Our pillows were very flat and had weird spots on the cases. Only nice thing about this place is the distance to the beach and the older gentleman who was so kind. Overall , very frustrating experience for the price we paid and I would not go back

The place was filthy. The nightstand was covered in dust and other unknown substances. Stains covered our pillowcases. The dishes were dirty, had hair on some utensils, and had popcorn bits on them. Will not be sleeping in this dirt ass motel again.

Definitely would not stay here again, the check in was confusing and difficult. Once we got to our room there was no parking available on the property. The room was not clean, there was a tiny sheet on a mattress that looked like someone may have bled out on it, stains everywhere. A/c is ineffective and loud. Seems like there’s black mold on the ceiling. Dark, and dirty. The ONLY bright side is how close it is to the beach, and near by shops. Water pressure in the dirty shower is great also. Spend the extra $50 and go to a nicer place.

The lady at the check in was very rude. Doesn’t give proper information. After 4pm we wanted to check in she doesn’t even know if the room is cleaned or not. Our washroom wasn’t working they said the handyman was gonna show up in 2 hrs never came. No towels garbage can anything in the rooms. Very poor service. We had called and asked for side by side rooms and they said over the phone it was and when we got there to check in it wasn’t. When I asked the lady she said well is not! No other explanation. They say things over the phone but when you get there the reality is not what they promised on the phone

This is a dated motel that should have had a reno probably 20 years ago. The bed was likely original to opening day and the pillows as they were, seemed better designed for a couch. While there was a coffee maker, there weren't any of the pre-made pouches provided. I booked about 5 days ahead of our stay and the price was $169. The before our stay I looked and the price had dropped to $99. I mentioned this to the staff but there was no reply. On the plus side, check in was 5 minutes, the room was clean as much as we could tell and the location of the motel right beside the lake was nice. We were only there for one night, and I suppose if I had to do another last minute booking, I would stay again, but I would fight harder for the discounted rate.

It was across from the beach. And the bed wasnt terrible. Douglas at the front desk was a treat! Was more then accomidating! I dont know about normally, but the debit machine didnt work. Had to pay for my room with either credit or cash. Very dated, and had a sudtle smell of cigarettes and mold when we first entered. We checked the AC units filter and almost puked. I dont know the last time, if ever it had been cleaned. There were burn marks in the sheets on the bed. Pretty sure the pillow are from the grand ipening in 19 .. 70's? Also, if you are used to sleeping on anything bigger then a queen, good luck, you are getting a double. The pictures on the website are NOT what most of the resort looks like. Familes we talked to during our stay have said the resort has declined drastically in recent years, and they wont be returning.

Well, when we entered the room, there was a towel on each bed and then there was a dish towel and then what was supposed to be a face cloth. Dish towels are not acceptable hand towel in my opinion. Especially ones that were stained. Very powerful industrial cleaner smell that did not dissipate. However, when I got out of the shower and walked across the room a couple of times my feet were very dusty/dirty, which means there was not a quick mop done to the room after the previous guests. In my opinion. I can’t pretend that the bedding was adequate. Old and quite well used. I could expect this from an $85 room but not a room that was close to $200.
