"The house was absolutely gorgeous and spotless upon arrival, comfortably fit 4 adults and 4 kids from 1y-7y. House has everything you need for your stay, we were so appreciative Theresa put up a baby gate, pack n play, booster seats and children’s dishes for us. We loved the coffee station. House is in a beautiful setting and close to farms! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!"

"Everything about this property was beautiful. The home itself being located right on the water was perfect for kayaking, fishing, evenings by the fire, relaxing and reconnecting. The house is gorgeous, comfortable, and had everything you might need/want. We enjoyed the game room - jenga and family air hockey tournaments. A lovely experience and we hope to return at some point. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us!"

"We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful house and can't wait to return. I've rarely seen such wonderful design in a house, let alone a property on VRBO. Everything was incredibly high quality. Fiona was across the way in the main house and was so helpful. My kiddos loved playing on the lawn and running through the beautiful property. We only live 45 minutes away but this felt like a real vacation. "

"The main reason we selected this property was the lake. Thats the cover picture for this place and a lot of photos touch on it. Its even called the lakefornt cottage, i believe. That is the only reason we selected this place. Much to our dismay, when we arrived inthe lake. We are from Texas so if this happens every winter, we have no idea. The only downside was that there's no way to do any cooking, there's only a mini fridge and a microwave. There's not a toaster or even a cutting board for chopping fruit/veggies. "This is a perfect place to stay. Equipped with everything you would need in an efficency rental. A few minutes from UMass Lowell. And less than 2 miles to the Tsongas Arena. Everything was clean and presentable. I thought being so close to UMass it might be noisey with traffic. It wasnt. Nice quiet side street. If we need to go to Tsongas Arena again I will definitely stay at this place again. "
