"The room is excellent the hotel staff are very very friendly. Last minute our cab(welcome pickup) got cancelled. I contacted hotel staff they arranged cab for us within 1 hour notice. Very walkable to all the restaurants in Fira. The Fira view, cable car, 3 bells etc are just behind the hotel. Melanie and Regina are always there to help us. "
