"In most aspects a very pleasant experience for our stay. It's a well maintained and comfortable hotel in a nice and quiet location. We very not planning to stay for more then a day, but with its comforts, great pool area and closeness to the beach we decided to add one night and it was hard not to book a third. The only downside of the hotel was the the staff was very uneven in their level of service... The receptionist(s), who has been mentioned by other reviewers, were absolutely amazing in...

"4 bedrooms, huge sofa (enough for 6 teenagers), pool with inflatables. Walked to bakery every morning including Sunday. Local supermarket within walking distance. All fabulous. We were slightly disappointed by the beach (too rocky and busy) but you could still walk to it. WiFi not strong enough for 2 families though particularly with lots of streaming. Great communication from Lorenzo. Thank you for having us."

"Wir hatten sehr entspannte 2 Wochen Urlaub in Zorans Haus in Peroj. Wir wurden sehr freundlich vom Eigentümer empfangen. Das Haus war sehr sauber und geräuming und fast komplett ausgestattet. Was noch fehlte, haben wir schnell in den umliegenden Supermärkten gekauft - kein Problem. Die Lage ist klasse - Das Meer, ein Bäcker, zwei kleine Supermärkte und zwei schöne Restaurants sind zu Fuß zu erreichen, auch Beach-Bars liegen im Radius von 500m. Das Haus ist bunt und schön, die Schlafzimmer sind...

"Wir haben 5 tolle Tage und Nächte in diesem schönen und rundum gepflegten Haus verbracht. Es ist alles genau so, wie im Inserat beschrieben - es fehlt absolut an nichts! Die Lage ist optimal für Ausflüge in die wunderschöne Umgebung, z.B. in den Nationalpark Brijuni. Die Vermieter sind sehr hilfsbereit und entgegenkommend - wir kommen gerne wieder."
