"Lovely location and the swimming pool is lovely and was empty when we stayed.
The only negative review is that the breakfast area has removed its coffee machine and replaced with flasks of pre-made filter coffee that wasn't great. We asked if we could purchase a nicer cup of coffee but they said no as the area that sold coffees didn't open until 10am.
The stay was perfect but we do like a decent coffee with breakfast and on our previous 2 stays they did have a coffee machine that was wonderful."

"We stayed here for one night & stayed in the older part. I'm not sure if we got an upgrade but our room was massive. Areas needed a bit of a refresh but it's a stunning older building. We had lovely drinks at the bar in the walled garden & ducks walking by. I would definitely stay here again. I love older places that have character. "
