"We love staying at the Hilton on every trip to Perth. Great location just a few minutes walk from shops, restaurants and transportation. Lovely comfortable rooms and thanks so much for the upgrade and super friendly front of house and concierge. Great pool and lovely vibe. Only suggestion would be us to mail guests prior to events such the cycling event which caused huge disruption when trying to reach the hotel by car due to many road closures and advise them of the best route as you can turn...

"I recently stayed at the Mercure Perth for over two weeks, giving me plenty of time to experience all the hotel has to offer. Overall, my stay was very enjoyable, and the excellent breakfast each morning deserves a special mention. The variety, quality, and freshness of the options were outstanding and really set a great tone for the day. However, I did notice some significant deficiencies around health and safety at the pool area, which unfortunately dampened an otherwise positive experience....

"Said we would have to pay for a room upgrade wheh it should have been a VIP entitlement. Clean and tidy apartment. Not easy to find the entrance but once gound, all.okay. Pool was a bit average. Tiles falling off. Rest of it okay."
