"The hotel is beautiful and the rooms outstanding but the roof bar is only open at the weekend and we had booked as we wanted to meet friends there. Shouldn’t we pay less if all the facilities are not available? There is no room service or mini bar and to pay $35 a night for parking which is more than the car park outside the hotel is unbelievable."
