"The location was great. The house was nicely laid out but needs to be cleaned. It smelled like moth balls, needed to be repainted inside and needs a new refrigerator. There are less expensive properties in this area that are nicer and cleaner."

"Our accommodation was cancelled at our check in time. We had booked 6 months our and when we we're trying to confirm check in, they cancelled it and issued a refund. They wouldn't offer other accommodation as it's 24 houra out. This caused our family extreme distress and cost us financial burden. A letter of our grievance and disappointment will be following and contact with the ACCC"

"The villa was located in a nice quite laneway just a short walk to the shops. The pool was fantastic and the bedrooms were all a great size. We did get some water leaking through the upstairs bedroom when it rained. But in all had a great stay."

I wasn't very impressed with our room. There was an issue with my expedia booking/confirmation stating I will receive a free massage. "The photos do not do this amazing villa any justice. It is incredibly spacious with plenty of room for everyone. The location is perfect with just a short walk to Jl Legian. Wina the housekeeper is amazing and cooks the most delicious breakfasts. She even showed us how to cook it. We all wanted to bring her home. She is very helpful and attentive to her guests needs. "The villa number 1 is currently under construction, along with a hotel behind and in front being built. If you don’t mind a bit of noise this is the right place for you. Otherwise, it’s a very nice and technologically advanced villa with all the amenities. "
