"The beds were not the most comfortable. Too hard, but also with annoying polyvinyl under the sheets. Maybe we were expecting a more well-kept beach in this 5-star resort. Comparing the beach with the neighboring, much smaller 4-star resort Sunnyside Apartments shows some of the weaknesses of the Falkensteiner resort beaches."

"Amazing hotel for families. There is so much for kids to do. Hotel is near the beaches, there is baby sitting service as well if parents want couple of hours for themselfs. I really recommend this hotel for families since there is so much to do for everyone."

"Beautiful property! Grounds and pool were lovely, apartment was spacious and comfortable. Sladjana at guest services was extremely helpful and friendly in helping us when we had a problem with our car - she was awesome and went way above and beyond! Only complaint was the bed smelled of pet urine - maybe a little extra cleanup would have helped. Otherwise everything was beyond expectations."
