"Staff was friendly, efficient and had empathy towards our needs. Upon confirming the first room given to us had a problem with the air conditioning, they agreed to change the room on the spot. The location of the hotel is fantastic, being close enough to the main sea front street but also very quiet at night. If anything to be improved, I'd say the breakfast - but nothing that would keep me from recommending this nice property."

"We had cat feces in the hall outside our room, and we have sewage back up in both of our rooms, making our rooms and bathrooms smell terrible. We complained but they did not care. If you're looking for a quality place to stay - do not stay here. Terrible."
