We checked in later as we were only staying because my grandson had an apt at CHOP and they were close by. The front desk girl was young, could not give us proper directions on how to park. You must go down the street, circle around, and use a garbage. She DID NOT tell us none of the elevators from the garage to get to the hotel were working but per security she knew. We had to walk down 3 ramps in the garage to get to the hotel with an infant, luggage, at 12:30-1am. When we got to the entrance from the garage to the hotel, the entrance was not open. It was my daughter, myself, and an infant with luggage and baby needs and I was not walking out and down the street to get to the entrance. I banged on the door and the very unfriendly security man who smelled like weed did let us in but NO ONE offered any assistance or help at all. When I asked if they knew the elevators were not functioning he said YA. I said did the front desk girl know- he said YA. Not Im sorry- not may I help or get you some assistance ....NOTHING. The hotel floor 10 was DIRTY. It's old, the hall had spilled liquid all over the middle of the halls- rooms were old and gross. Don't stay here

The location is great. Many restaurants to choose from and the access to Drexel and U Penn is perfect. The hotel will hopefully go thru a renovation soon and the amenities will be available

This Sheraton is a great place to stay if you're visiting UPenn or surrounding businesses. If you pay for overnight parking, it is good till 6 pm, including day you check out. No stars taken off but a couple of things -- need stir sticks for coffee kits in the room. -- Saw new charge for more than 2 occupants. Small, but c'mon!

Immaculate hotel. Spotless rooms. Beds and pillows were one of the best I’ve ever slept on. Super nice and professional front desk staff. Gorgeous city view from the 11th floor. They offer garage parking right at the hotel but keep in mind that it is $35 per night to park there as a guest. Parking is not free. We stayed at this hotel for a concert at The Mann and it was an easy 15 minute drive. We would definitely stay here again!

My daughter was hospitalized and they refused to cancel my reservation. I ask for a credit towards another date. They refuse. I asked to speak to a manager she wouldn't respond nor give me a manager name. Her name was brenda, she was very uncaring. Her assistant Ty was very nice and said try to get something from Brendan. Room dirty dusty sheets smelled and felt like they were not washed I’m a 65 year old woman dealing with a family sickness in a nearby hospital totally out of my element and the hotel made me have a room on another floor from rest of family I felt alone and I didn’t stay the entire time I paid for that how bad the situation felt to me. I thought Sheratons had a good name but I can see I was wrong

The location was good, although construction was being done outside of the hotel. Staff were exceptional. I hate to complain, but for the cost, the hotel was dated and needed renovation. Sink water did not go down quickly, shower curtain too long causing it to lie on tub floor when showering gathering dirt. Bed sheets smaller than required (flat sheets used instead of fitted). One surge protector used for both lamps and whatever customer needed to plug in. Garage elevator contained offensive odor. Hotel should consider renovation.
