"I love the concrete design and practical setup. Everything we needed and more for our 4 night stay, the first of our Japan trip, convenient and quiet location. Great wifi and iron available when needed. Bed was very comfortable too."
"I love hotel j-mex. The worst part is to get down the stairs to the property if you have big luggage etc. everything else is perfect. This is a love hotel so you will see people using it for that purpose, and cigarette smell if that bothers you. If not, J-Mex is always my go to when I stay in Japan. The room is huge. The bathroom is the best. 100000/10 we love you j-mex see you next trip"

"Room was pretty nice size, extra security around elevators (can't even access them without a room key). Right across from a Don Quixote as well, so that's never a bad thing. Didn't experience anything bad with the hotel. Kabukicho is just a little roudier at night, so lower floors may hear more commotion. Otherwise, enjoyed my stay!"
"I did like the quality of everything..the service_ hygiene_the food.Everybody was very polite and very helpful. I wish i do find the same quality of our human being in thevmost places"
"It was an awesome experience staying here. The customer service is unmatched. The hotel was beautiful and clean. Will definitely stay here again. The employees go above and beyond to help. From calling and booking appoitments to just simply asking if you were okay or needed something. "
