Great place and location
This property is in a wonderful neighborhood as well as location. We wanted a place close to Anthem in order to be near my family. It's so comfortable and spacious, and has a backyard with a surrounding wall which is great for dogs. Plus the owner was even willing to take the extra time to fix something with the front door right away. The location is also near grocery stores and restaurants. What a great find for us!!! We'll definitely be back.

Lovely Home in Gated Phoenix Community
We had a delightful two week stay in this house with an easy kitchen, beautiful backyard, and a neighborhood that is quiet and well-maintained. Each evening we were comfortable walking through the neighborhood to look at the delightful holiday light display. Host Chad Cherry kept in touch to answer any questions we had. We would be happy to stay here again.

The home was perfect for our in town/ out of town family get together. It was spacious enough with room for all including the family dog. The only thing I could say to help the host is that it needs more of a deep clean but would definitely stay here again.

This was an incredible vacation. The house was amazing and the owner was the best. Very responsive and brought us a hair dryer at the drop of a hat. Location waa perfect and the price was perfect we will 100000% stay her again on our next trip. Wonderful experience.
