"Great hotel stay with awesome service. I came here for a weekend date with my partner. We had an issue with our TV, but they fixed it within ten minutes. The only complaint was that the pool had clear diving rules that were not being followed. Unfortunately, a family present didn't seem to care and let their kids dive and bomb into the pool. This ruined the vibe for a lot of people, including us, when we were at the pool. I think it might be a good idea to have a staff member enforce these rules to ensure that other guests' experiences are respected. Otherwise, place age restrictions at specific times."

"Attached to the casino, this is a quality property with good amenities, and several great dining options. It is also a 5 min walk from the Auckland waterfront areas of Viaduct and Britomart which is heavily populated with bars, restaurants and shops. "

"Very clean and modern. Just a short walk from the airport and just opposite a supermarket. Dining options are limited but this is expected as it’s in an industrial area. Room is small but expected as it’s a budget option. "
