"This is an excellent hotel with wonderful staff, but with a laid back vibe as one would expect from a resort hotel. It overlooks the river. It was my husbands birthday, and they surprised him with some birthday breakfast pancakes! We hadn’t told them they must have worked it out when we handed our passports over. The attention to detail throughout our stay was excellent. The hotel was in a great location and walkable to everything. "

"The resort is massive, with quite a few places to eat (although a few were closed as it was low season) and a casino. However, during low season the place felt lifeless as the place lack the usually movement of tourist bringing life to a cavernous space. The hotel is stylish and modern and our room was beautiful and spacious, just a shame we came when it is rainy season as we could not sit out in the balcony. We only stayed there one day after a few days near Old Town, and although we had some rain the walk up to An Bang beach along the sand was nice (approx 3km). "I adored Windbell Villa, so much so that I am going back next year. The staff were so helpful and friendly, nothing was too much trouble, they arranged trips and taxis for me. Really well located about 10 mins walk to the market. Wonderful to go back to after the slightly hectic life in Hoi an. Lovely pool area with papaya trees and other tropical trees. Amaaazing!! The rooms were beautiful with natural wood floors and furniture, can’t wait to go back. Thankyou for everything"
