In desperate need of tlc
Tired and badly in need of decorating. On the whole the villa was ok but there were many ,minor issues. Firstly it is realistically 20/25 mins to Patong at any time of day or night. The charge in a taxi is 500bhts each way There were only sheets on the bed and no provision of ny blankets/duvets if required There was no cleaning service , which was absolutely fine by us but no provision of a sweeping brush or any cleanining products The pool was small but adequate but there was only room for two small chairs outside. There was heavy rain whilst we were there one night and the villa leaked badly in two places. The owner was aware of this and was dealing with the problem Given some tlc this would be a reasonably priced villa if you don’t wish to be close to other amenities

Old and dirty!
Nothing works properly in this villa. No cleaning services and there was no mop or brush to help your self. Villa was 25 min from patong and we have been told that it's only 10 min away! And much more... I would never stay there again.
