One of the best places to stay in Phuket with a budget. The place is clean, secure, convenient and safe. Location is very strategic and there's 7E n Family Mart right below.
Rooms are clean with good air conditioning and heated water with good pressure. Comfortable bed as well.
Highlight of the property is the Cuban owner who goes all out to ensure you're taken care of. Very helpful and friendly. Such a gem.
Ok priced and great location. Needed updating, their was mold all over bathroom and shower curtain, nothing a good clean couldn’t sort out. Ants in the bed but lady on reception sorted for us, (with bug spray) other staff was moody and ignorant. I’ve stayed in nicer places for the same price, ok for a couple of nights, wouldn’t stay any longer.
Very good location within walking distance to most of the attractions in Patong. Bangla rd, bigC shopping, Jungceylon shopping mall, Patong Beach etc. You don't hear any noise from the clubs on bangla rd but there can be a little bit of traffic noise at times which is pretty standard in most busy areas of Patong. Great staff, they were polite and attentive. Rooms were kept very clean.
Overall, very happy with my stay at MVC patong house.
Great experience. K. Pim at reception was very helpful and the overnight staff was very accommodating. Only downside was the butt sprayer could use some more water pressure.
I chose this location to be closer to the airport than my lodging on the south end of the island, plus wanted to explore Patong a little bit. By the time my day tour ended and dropped me off at the hotel after enduring heavy traffic, I was too tired to go out in the evening.
The room is functional, however the property could use overall enhancement of decor. I am not a fan of the small bathroom with shower, toilet, and sink all in an enclosed area. There is no curtain separating the shower which means the toilet gets completely
Great budget option! Simple but very clean rooms with a safe. The room is basic, but close to the beach, Bangla, and Jungceylon. Besides shopping, drinking, and beaching there wasn’t that much to do in Patong like nature stuff or cultural stuff.
The manager is very responsive and accomodating. The reception forgot to return my deposit, but the manager sent it over a PayPal right away.
I’m overall pleased with my stay!

The hotel is in a great location to everything. The room was always cleaned. Breakfast was not much So to us was not worth it.

The restaurant is deadly, don't eat the seafood!
Its a cheap budget hotel in a noisy street with a large metal plate lying on the road at the entrance to the hotel that reverberates noisily all day and night every moment a vehicle goes over it.
There is no car parking although as the only guest with a vehicle they did find me a space for the three nights I was there. The worse aspect of this hotel is the food poisoning and subsequent diarrhoea that I am still suffering from since I returned from this hotel to my home in Bangkok. It is a very serious matter even as I write this review .
