Very well located on Canberra Ave, with Parliament house a short walk to the west, and Manuka Oval a five minute walk to the east. Plenty of eating out options on the nearby Kingston foreshore. The bar had an intimate feel even though it was located in an atrium, and the staff were attentive. The room was clean, spacey and functional, though the wardrobe units look a bit dated and in need of a refurb. Overall my stay was a comfortable and busy one, in a location that was easy to the major attractions.

QT needs to be really careful not to let standards slip. The bathroom had grout mold, the floor around the bed had chocolate and under the bed was someone’s deodorant. Wooden frames were cracking and splitting. I hope the owners understand that they have great staff, a fantastic bar, good location and views - but the number one asset is the building and its upkeep.

We had a fabulous evening there for my nephew’s 21st. The food was delicious and the staff very friendly and attentive. The setting was attractive. Would thoroughly recommend any meal of the day at Pialligo Estate.

Only 10 mins out of Canberra City. A must visit. Chilled vibes and a live guitarist/singer . Beaitiful food .A little bit pricey.
